From darkness into the light!

For many years I have been part of YWAM outreaches in Latvia. I still remember many of the home visits, the Love feasts and how God changed peoples lives through His love.One of the highlights has always been the women events. I was blessed to be part of the team and worked alongside strong Godly women. I have learned so much through it all!

The last years they were led by Ilona Wetterud who became a dear friend of mine. Ilona lives in Sweden, so we don’t see each other often. But we love each other and we stay in contact.Ilona organised many women camps as well in Latvia as well in Sweden. Her testimonies are strong and powerful and touched many hearts.

Since a while God gave Ilona the talent of drawing. Not just ordinary drawings, but drawings with a meaning. She travelled already a few times to Latvia with them and end of July Ilona finally will come, together with her wonderful and supportive husband Bosse, to Ogre too!

I am thrilled and so happy they will be in Ogre soon! So looking forward to welcome Bosse and Ilona in my house during this time.My prayer is many women (and men) will be able to come to see and hear what God will share through Ilona!
