Light

It is still an uncertain time, many people lost their job and many are struggling financially, with family situations, their health.Sometimes we know what is going on in peoples lives, but more often they keep it all inside.

This is the time to shine Jesus' light and to be aware of what is going on with the people you know or meet in the area where you live, at your workplace, at school etc.
This is the time to be there for those who need to be encouraged, to offer help and show compassion. Often we think it always has to cost money to be able to help someone, but there so many other ways. A smile, a friendly word, real interesse, a listening ear, a card, a phone call or a text message can mean the world already.
In these times of darkness we all can be the light!

Lately I had deep talks with different women. We spend time together, 1 to 1, where they could open up and share what is going on in their lives. A time where I just listened, gave them some advice and offered prayers.
What really touched them the most was the fact there was no judgement and just a listening ear.

I am thankful to God for every opportunity He gives to spread His love and reflect His light!
